Jetsonian Constructions is seeking a hands-on carpenter to contribute to custom new homes, renovations and extensions in Ballarat. You will work across framing, fix-out and finishing, interpreting plans and maintaining high workmanship standards.

You will train and mentor apprentices, communicate with the builder and trades, and adapt to modern building methods while upholding safety and quality on site.

Competenze

• Certificate III in Carpentry.
• Current driver's licence and White Card.
• Experience across residential carpentry.
• Ability to work without supervision and plan work effectively.
• Ability and patience to train and support apprentices.
• Positive attitude towards modern construction practices and ongoing learning.
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering a quality finish.
• Previous leading hand experience will be highly regarded but not essential.

Reporting directly to the builder, you'll take a hands-on role across all aspects of carpentry on custom new homes, renovations and extensions. With a wide variety of projects, you'll have the opportunity to apply your skills, solve problems and produce work you can be proud of.

About you
