Qualifikationen

• AQF Diploma or Certificate in Disabilities or higher is required, or relevant equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct care and support to residents in supported accommodation.
• Implement individualized support plans and behaviour support strategies.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Encourage participation in household, recreation, social and community activities.
• Maintain accurate daily progress notes and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with families, guardians, managers, and health professionals.
