Job summary

My Carers in Fairfield, NSW seeks a dedicated Residential Care Officer to enhance residents' lives by delivering compassionate, person-centered care in a supported home setting.

You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, provide ongoing support, promote independence, coordinate with families and health professionals, and maintain accurate records in line with NDIS Practice Standards. Diploma in Community Services and current First Aid/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Community Services or equivalent.

• Support residents' participation in recreational, educational and community activities.
