Job summary

SwanCare Group is seeking an experienced Residential Care Services Manager to lead care delivery at our Waminda facility. You will provide overall leadership and management of care services to deliver exceptional, person-centred care that meets regulatory, organisational, and community standards.

This role suits an exceptional leader with a strong background in residential aged care or a similar setting, outstanding people management capability, and a genuine passion for high quality resident

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership in aged care including financial, HR and business management responsibilities.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of ANACC, Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Full operational responsibility for the care centre.
• Demonstrated achievement of the Aged Care Quality Standards for residents and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of nursing and caring philosophy and objectives at the care centre.
• Development and implementation of policies and standards of practice for the care centre.
• Apply relevant legislation, policies and regulations to management of the care centre.
• Contribute to the care centre's overall management planning through committee memberships.
• Comply with relevant legislation, policies, and the nursing code of ethics.
