Whiddon invites an experienced Residential Services Manager to lead a NSW aged care home in Wingham. You will shape culture, drive resident-focused care, and empower a team to deliver excellent services in line with the MyLife model.

The role is a permanent, full-time leadership position requiring RN registration with AHPRA and a track record of senior care leadership, strong communication, and operational oversight.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA: leadership experience in aged care or health settings.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive quality resident care.
• Strong business and operational awareness to manage the home.
