Job summary

SwanCare Group is seeking an experienced Quality Leader to guide quality systems and regulatory assurance across services. Reporting to the Executive team, you will lead a small team of specialists to ensure safe, accountable and compassionate care aligned with standards.

Ideal candidates will bring extensive governance, quality or compliance leadership in aged care or health care, with AHPRA registration and a Police check. Working rights in Australia are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in nursing, allied health, paramedic services or similar.
• Extensive experience in leading clinical governance, quality or compliance in aged care or health care.
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• National Police Clearance and working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Review, develop and integrate robust quality and clinical governance frameworks.
• Oversee compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, ensuring readiness for external audits including accreditation.
• Manage SwanCare’s relationship with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.
• Use data driven insights to identify trends, manage risk and implement sustainable improvements in care delivery.
• Provide feedback and guidance on capability development, empowering teams to consistently deliver high standards of care.
