Job summary

Keyton on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Resident Wellbeing Partner to lead health and wellbeing programs for residents across multiple villages and resorts. You will coordinate with village teams and a wellbeing partner to deliver sessions, educate residents, and promote wellbeing pathways.

You will build relationships, manage diverse priorities, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive community. A Police Check and annual flu vaccination are required.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating wellbeing or community programs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage priorities and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Act as central contact between villages/resorts and wellbeing partner.
• Collaborate with village teams to identify resident wellbeing needs.
• Plan and coordinate tailored wellbeing programs per location.
• Organise resident information sessions with allied services.
• Promote services and wellbeing opportunities to residents.
• Monitor participation, outcomes and feedback for improvement.
• Support resident communications and publications.
• Maintain records and administrative docs.
• Foster welcoming, inclusive interactions with residents and partners.
