Qualifications

• Experience caring for elders in aged care or community settings.
• First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Australian driver’s licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the fun facilitator: engage residents in activities and events.
• Social butterfly extraordinaire: foster connection and belonging.
• Assist with daily living tasks and provide emotional support.
• Resident champion: gather feedback from residents and families.
• Team player: collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator and care team to plan and document progress.
• Hygiene hero: maintain infection control and a tidy environment.
• Catering crewmate: assist with plating and serving meals following food safety standards.
