Job summary

Keyton in Sydney seeks a proactive Resident Wellbeing Partner to coordinate health and wellbeing initiatives for residents across our regional villages and resorts. You will liaise with village teams, a health partner, and residents to promote engaging programs and services that support living well and aging confidently in place.

You will build relationships, coordinate programs, and deliver sessions while maintaining records and reporting, with a focus on inclusivity and resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in program coordination, stakeholder engagement or community-focused service delivery.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proven ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Strong technology skills and confidence using digital systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact between cluster villages and resorts and Keyton’s health partner to support service delivery.
• Work with village and resort teams to understand resident needs and wellbeing opportunities.
• Develop and coordinate tailored wellbeing programs for each village or resort in your region.
• Arrange information sessions through Keyton’s partner including allied health topics.
• Promote services and wellbeing opportunities to residents and carers.
• Monitor participation, outcomes and resident feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support resident communications, presentations and wellbeing-related publications.
• Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation.
• Champion a welcoming, respectful and inclusive approach with residents and partners.
