Job summary

Keyton seeks a Resident Wellbeing Partner for our Sunshine Coast region to plan, coordinate and promote health and wellbeing initiatives for residents. You will collaborate with Village and Resort Managers and our health partner to deliver engaging programs and support services that enable residents to live well and stay connected.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating health/wellbeing programs or community services.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
• Excellent planning and organisational abilities with competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Familiarity with digital systems and applications is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact between villages/resorts and wellbeing partner.
• Understand resident needs and wellbeing opportunities across the region.
• Develop and coordinate tailored wellbeing programs per village/resort.
• Arrange resident information sessions with partners (allied health, aged care topics).
• Promote services and wellbeing pathways to residents.
• Monitor participation, outcomes and feedback for improvement.
• Support resident communications and wellbeing-related publications.
• Maintain records, reporting and documentation.
• Champion welcoming, inclusive interactions with residents and staff.
