Job summary

Whiddon Kyogle is seeking a Wellbeing and Lifestyle Coordinator to lead a seasoned team in delivering engaging recreation and wellbeing programs for our residents. You will drive partnerships with staff and leadership to ensure meaningful activities and a holistic approach to care.

You will collaborate with a leadership team and contribute to activities for residents, home care clients, and independent living residents, promoting wellbeing through the MyLife approach.

Qualifications

• Experience leading wellbeing and activity programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage residents across levels and with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for facilitating recreational and wellbeing activities for residents at Whiddon Kyogle.
• Collaborate with the Wellbeing & Lifestyle team to design and evaluate activities.
• Engage with residents, families, and leadership to deliver meaningful programs.

Education

Certificate IV in Leisure and Health

Diploma in Leisure and Health
