Pacifica Housing is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in Victoria to support the Associate Director of Housing in daily operations, tenancy management, and data integrity. The role focuses on maintaining high occupancy, resident relations, and timely rent processes within a supportive housing framework.

You will work with a cross-functional team, ensure compliance with tenancy acts, and contribute to reporting and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining high occupancy through viewings, move-ins, and early interventions.
• Manage tenancy communications, notices, and rent-related records in Yardi and paper files.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist in RTB hearings as needed.
• Perform move-ins/move-outs, rent/subsidy changes, and RTB-compliant rent increases.
• Cross-train with other departments and provide coverage as needed.
