Job summary

Aveo is seeking a Service Coordinator for Peregian Springs Country Club in Queensland. This permanent part-time role covers rosters with overnight sleepovers, supporting residents, and maintaining a warm, connected community.

You will assist with meals, admin, events and incident response, ensuring a safe, friendly village experience. The successful candidate will engage with residents, coordinate activities, and adapt to 24/7 staffing while delivering quality service and care on a dedicated

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in a community-focused environment.
• Welcoming and dependable nature, with confidence working autonomously.
• Willingness to obtain First Aid & CPR if not currently held.

Responsibilities

• Support café and kitchen teams during meal services to create an enjoyable dining experience.
• Provide general admin and concierge services to residents and assist with resident requests.
• Be the first responder to village issues including emergency calls and safety incidents; provide first aid where needed.
