Job summary

Lincoln Place is seeking a seasoned Tourism & Community Manager to lead operations across our Nambucca communities, covering short-stay and long-stay accommodation. You will oversee service standards, the resident and guest lifecycle, compliance, financial performance, facilities, WHS, and team leadership.

Based at Nambucca Heads, you will also support the development program through to late 2026, partnering with the Development team on settlements, handovers and defect management.

Qualifications

• Experience in accommodation, tourism, hospitality or community management.
• Proven ability to lead daily operations and supervise diverse teams.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across accommodation, facilities and community spaces.
• Lead on-site teams, housekeeping, maintenance and contractors.
• Manage group bookings, school programs and guest experiences.
• Build relationships with residents, guests and the local community.
• Monitor occupancy, finances, compliance, WHS and risk management.
• Support settlements, handovers and transition to operations for new developments.
• Ensure adherence toResidential (Land Lease) Communities Act and site rules.
