Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills in high-pressure environments.
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems.
• Extensive hospitality management operations experience.
• Proven leadership in engaging hotel staff.
• Experience across rooms, F&B, revenue and yield management.
• Budgeting and cost control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hotel operations across accommodation, F&B, front office, housekeeping and maintenance.
• Ensure guest service excellence and overall customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and motivate on-site teams.
• Oversee F&B service and licensing compliance.
• Manage stock, ordering, rostering, budgeting, and reporting (P&L).
• Maintain WHS, licensing and hospitality regulatory compliance.
• Ensure property is well-presented, safe, and efficient.
