Job summary

Ingenia Communities is seeking a Community Manager for Sunnylake Shores Lifestyle site in Halekulani, NSW. This role focuses on delivering outstanding resident experiences and day-to-day operations to nurture a welcoming community.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll manage budgeting, occupancy, engagement, and a team of staff and contractors, ensuring high-quality outcomes and memorable moments for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience managing resident or customer relationships in property, hospitality, or community settings.
• Valid C-Class License.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding resident experience, measured through satisfaction surveys and NPS.
• Oversee day-to-day community operations, including presentation standards, occupancy, tenancy, and resident engagement.
• Lead financial performance through budgeting, planning and management of P&L outcomes.
• Foster a strong sense of community by delivering lifestyle, wellbeing and connection programs.
• Lead, motivate and support team members and contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.
