Job summary

Ingenia Communities Group is seeking a Community Manager to join Sunnylake Shores Lifestyle Site on the Central Coast. You will oversee daily community operations, enhance resident experiences through service excellence, and lead budgeting, occupancy and engagement initiatives to create a welcoming lakeside living environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing resident or customer relationships in property, hospitality, aged care or community settings.
• Experience leading day-to-day operations while balancing competing priorities.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L performance or commercial outcomes.
• Ability to handle challenging or emotionally charged situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Visible, hands-on leader who is the go-to person for residents, teams and stakeholders.
• Valid C-Class License.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding resident experience, measured through satisfaction surveys and NPS.
• Oversee day to day community operations, including presentation standards, occupancy, tenancy and resident engagement.
• Lead financial performance through budgeting, planning and management of P&L outcomes.
• Foster a strong sense of community by delivering lifestyle, wellbeing and connection programs.
• Lead, motivate and support team members and contractors to consistently deliver high quality outcomes.
