Job summary

Keyton seeks a Relief Village Administrator to support retirement villages from Noosa to Brisbane. Based at Buderim Regional Office, you’ll handle reception, administrative tasks, invoicing, and community communications across multiple villages with travel required.

You’ll join a friendly team that values warm customer service, organisation, and the ability to adapt to different village settings. A driver’s licence and First Aid/CPR are required or pursued on hire.

Qualifications

  • Previous administration and customer service experience.
  • Flexible to work across multiple village locations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Warm, approachable style to build trust and relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Australian Driver's Licence and access to your own vehicle.

  • Coordinate contractor inductions and support safety and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare newsletters and community communications.
  • Assist with resident events, social activities, and community initiatives.
  • Support residents and operational needs as they arise.

We're looking for a Relief Village Administrator to join our team on a Casual basis, supporting our retirement villages across the Sunshine Coast region.


Based from our Buderim Regional Office, this unique and varied role will see you providing administrative and operational support across villages from Noosa to Brisbane. No two days are the same as you step into different communities, build relationships with residents, and help keep village operations running smoothly.


To support your travel, you'll receive:


  • Travel allowance for all regional assignments
  • Accommodation provided for Brisbane placements
  • Travel allowance for Noosa assignments

As a Relief Village Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors, and families. You'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting Village Managers with a range of administrative, financial, and operational activities.

You’ll play a key role in keeping our villages running smoothly by:
