Job summary

Enliven Housing, based in Sydney with a national footprint, seeks a customer-focused tenancy professional to support residents and manage day-to-day operations across its portfolio. Reporting to the Tenancy Team Leader, you will ensure residents feel heard, valued and well supported in their housing outcomes.

You will advocate for residents, build strong local networks, maintain accurate tenant data, and work closely with strata, builders, and coordinators to deliver timely tenancy services.

Qualifications

• Year 12 Certificate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of state tenancy legislation.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in property management or a similar role.
• Desirable: passion for disability or community housing sectors.

Responsibilities

• Visit sites to resolve customer concerns with empathy and fairness.
• Conduct property viewings and open days to promote occupancy.
• Ensure timely, helpful, proactive communication and follow-up.
• Assist new customers with lease sign-ups and rent arrangements.
• Manage complex, high-risk tenancies with person-centred decisions.
• Monitor rent payments and follow up on overdue amounts.
• Lodge and monitor repairs, ensuring clear communication with customers.
• Collaborate with Home & Living Team to support customers.
