Fresh Hope Communities in Nowra, NSW is seeking a dedicated Care Manager (RN) to lead Clelland Lodge. You will oversee clinical care on shift, promote resident wellbeing, and ensure compliance with aged care standards, delivering a warm, home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care and knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Demonstrated clinical and people leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor staff.
• Compassionate, hands-on leader with a commitment to resident wellbeing and clinical excellence.
• Ability to multitask with shifting priorities and work in a calm, considered manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Criminal History Check or willingness to apply for a new one.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a positive culture for your team aligned with Fresh Hope Communities’ values.
• Oversee clinical care on shift, contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, and address gaps in care with timely resolution.
• Foster resident-centred care meeting physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to optimise resident wellbeing and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and quality standards.
• Work closely with the Facility Manager and Clinical Services Manager in leadership of the home.
