Qualifications

• Working knowledge of WH&S and infection control
• Experience in a similar aged care/healthcare or hospitality role

Responsibilities

• Support residents to live the life they choose and exercise independence
• Assist residents in one-on-one activities aligned to care plan
• Contribute to residents' physical, emotional and lifestyle needs via assessment and observation
• Deliver personal care tasks within an established framework (hygiene, grooming, mouth/eye care, continence)
• Assist residents who require mobility support per care plan
