Calvary's Barongarook Gardens in Colac VIC is seeking a Team Leader to assist the Clinical Care Coordinator and RN in supervising resident care on the shift, ensuring dignity and individualized support. The role opens to Endorsed Enrolled Nurses and offers a pathway to further leadership while maintaining a compassionate, mission-driven approach within a large Australian health care provider.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Enrolled Nursing with AHPRA registration to administer medication.
• Commitment, integrity, honesty and trustworthiness.
• Effective listener with strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to use information technology and learn new skills as required.
• Current National police check.
• Working knowledge of WH&S and infection control.
• Desire to join a team committed to care in a mission-based organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide social and emotional support to residents; care that is holistic and person-centred.
• Coordinate care across the home including medication management, nutrition and hydration, pressure care.
• Lead/supervise care on the shift within the designated wing or area.
• Perform medicine-related tasks per scope of qualification and Calvary policies.
