Job summary
Calvary Barongarook Gardens in Colac, VIC is seeking Personal Care Workers to support residents with compassionate, person-centred care. You will assist with daily living activities, hygiene, mobility and participate in care plans within a supportive team.

Qualifications
- Effective interpersonal communication (written and verbal).
- Ability to prioritise workloads in a care setting.
- Working knowledge of WHS and infection control practices.
- Experience in aged care, health care, or hospitality roles is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Support residents to live the life they choose, promoting independence.
- Lead one-on-one activities aligned to the care plan to support wellbeing.
- Contribute to physical, emotional and lifestyle needs through assessment and observation.
- Deliver personal care tasks (hygiene, grooming, continence management) within an agreed framework.
- Assist residents with mobility as per the care plan.
