Job summary

Belingbak Hotels & Resorts in Western Australia invites an experienced Reservations Supervisor & Group Sales Coordinator to join our central reservations team. You will oversee day-to-day reservations, guide agents, drive enquiry conversion and revenue across the group, and coordinate group and event inquiries from initial contact through delivery.

Working closely with the Sales Manager, you’ll prepare proposals, manage room blocks, deposits and booking details, liaise with clients and hotel

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or tourism with hotel reservations or front office background.
• Ability to convert enquiries and identify upsell opportunities.
• Strong coordination of group bookings, rates, deposits and guest information.
• Proficient with PMS/RMS, channel management and booking systems.
• Excellent communication skills and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day reservations and support Reservations Agents.
• Drive enquiry conversion and revenue performance across the group.
• Coordinate group and event enquiries from initial inquiry to delivery.
• Prepare proposals and manage room blocks, deposits and booking details.
• Liaise with clients and hotel teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to optimize cross-sell opportunities.
