Job summary

Belingbak Hotels & Resorts in Western Australia invites an experienced Reservations Supervisor & Group Sales Coordinator to join our central reservations team. You will oversee day-to-day reservations, guide agents, drive enquiry conversion and revenue across the group, and coordinate group and event inquiries from initial contact through delivery.

Reservations Supervisor & Group Sales Coordinator | Belingbak Hotels & Resorts

Belingbak Hotels & Resorts is looking for an experienced Reservations Supervisor & Group Sales Coordinator to join our central team, supporting reservations, group business and guest experiences across the BHR portfolio.

Working closely with the Manager Reservations and Guest Experiences, you’ll oversee the day-to-day reservations function, support and guide our Reservations Agents, and help drive strong enquiry conversion, upselling and revenue performance across the group.

Alongside reservations, you’ll work closely with our Sales Manager to coordinate group and event enquiries from initial enquiry through to delivery. You’ll prepare proposals, manage room blocks, deposits and booking details, liaise with clients and hotel teams, and help ensure every group experience comes together seamlessly.

This is a role for someone who loves the detail but also understands the bigger commercial picture - equally comfortable converting an accommodation enquiry, keeping a reservations team on track, preparing a group proposal or working with our hotels to coordinate a great guest experience.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Experience within hospitality or tourism, with demonstrated experience in hotel reservations, Front Office or travel; previous reservations supervisory experience highly regarded
• Strong reservations knowledge and confidence working with PMS (RMS preferred), channel management and booking systems
• A natural ability to convert enquiries, identify opportunities and confidently upsell and cross-sell
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail, particularly when managing group bookings, rates, payments and guest information
• Confidence working with clients and operational teams to coordinate groups and events
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with RMS experience highly regarded
