Crowne Plaza Canberra, part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts family, seeks a dedicated Full-time Reservations Agent to support reservations, inquiries, and bookings with a focus on accuracy and customer service excellence.

You will maintain reservation records, liaise with departments, and deliver high-standard assistance to guests while upholding brand standards and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent / 2 years’ experience in the Hospitality industry with Front Office/Reservations experience
• Knowledge of Opera PMS preferred
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Proven communication skills across, phone, email & face to face style interactions
• Problem solving and organizational abilities
• Drive for results and excelling organizational skills to manage tight deadlines, balancing & prioritizing long and short-term goals
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Must have working rights for Australia

• Maintain accurate records of reservations and daily bookings
• Assist in day-to-day operations of Reservations Department
• Liaise with key departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Develop rapport with regular clients and booking agents
