Job summary

The Speakeasy Group is seeking a Reservations & Events Coordinator to transform enquiries into memorable celebrations across our Sydney venues. You’ll coordinate corporate events, cocktail parties and birthdays, managing run sheets, guest requirements and catering details.

You’ll be the voice of the events team, keeping enquiries moving, staying organised and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Experience with SevenRooms, Tripleseat or Google Workspace is a bonus, and you’ll join a

We’re The Speakeasy Group – a small but mighty hospitality crew behind eight beautiful venues across Melbourne and Sydney. From award-winning cocktail bars, immersive dining experiences, and the kinds of places where people come to celebrate, connect, and just have a damn good time!

We’re looking for a Reservations & Events Coordinator who loves people, thrives on the excitement of a sale and has a knack for turning an enquiry into an experience worth remembering.If you’re confident on the phone, love converting good conversation into leads, managing details like a boss, and working closely with passionate teams – we’ll love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Turn enquiries into celebrations— convert leads into bookings, from corporate events and cocktail parties to birthdays and everything in between.

Make the magic happen— own the details from run sheets and guest requirements to cocktails, canapés and champagne towers.

Be the voice of our events team— keep enquiries moving, systems up to date and every guest feeling looked after.

Bring the ideas— help us improve how we sell, create and deliver unforgettable events.

Who You Are

You’re naturally confident, personable and great with people

You genuinely enjoy sales and get a buzz from converting an enquiry into a booking

You’re comfortable picking up the phone, following up leads and having difficult conversations

You’re highly organised and can keep track of multiple events and moving parts

You have a sharp eye for detail and don’t let things slip through the cracks

You’re a problem solver who stays calm when things change

Experience with SevenRooms, Tripleseat or Google Workspace is a bonus

Most importantly, you bring energy, personality and a genuine love for hospitality
