Job summary

Bond University on the Gold Coast is seeking a Research Development Manager – Research Projects within the Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine. You will coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of research projects from funding development through to establishment, governance and reporting.

You will work with academic staff and central university teams to support feasibility, budgeting and delivery while ensuring compliance and high-quality research administration across the faculty.

Qualifications

• Hands-on research administration experience across the project lifecycle.
• Experience in a university or medical research environment is desirable.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets and deliverables with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support research projects from funding development through establishment and delivery.
• Provide practical governance, budgeting and reporting advice to researchers.
• Coordinate with ORS, Finance, HR, Legal and external partners to keep projects on track.
