Applications are sought from suitably qualified candidates for a two year full-time fixed term position. This role will provide support to a national research program led from the Institute for Evidence-Based Healthcare (IEBH): Solving the long-standing evidence-practice gap associated with cardiac rehabilitation and secondary prevention of coronary heart disease (SOLVE-CHD).
SOLVE-CHD is a world-leading program of health services research that is closing the evidence-practice gaps in cardiac rehabilitation and improving cardiovascular health for people living with heart disease. Working across a national network of researchers, clinicians, consumers and health organisations, the role oversees a portfolio that supports research leaders to develop and implement an overarching research strategy, budget oversight, securing leveraged funding, building capacity and capability and growing and managing a global network of partners and collaborators.
The Program Manager will join a multidisciplinary research team led by Principal Investigator Professor Julie Redfern AM, Director of the Institute for Evidence-Based Healthcare.
The salary for the position commences at $116,195 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
