Qualifications

• Brings solid research administration experience and a practical understanding of the end-to-end research project lifecycle.
• Is proactive and organised, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets and milestones.
• Works collaboratively across academic and professional teams, building trust with researchers and central University teams.
• Communicates funding, governance and compliance requirements into practical guidance for researchers.

Responsibilities

• Support Faculty researchers to manage projects across the lifecycle from funding to close-out.
• Provide practical research administration advice across funding rules, governance, budgets and deliverables.
• Collaborate with investigators, ORS, Finance, HR, Legal and external partners to keep projects on track.
• Contribute to research reporting, funding opportunity mapping and project monitoring.
