Bayside Health is seeking an Administration Assistant for the Research Ethics and Governance Office at Peninsula University Hospital in Frankston. The role supports the Director of Research, coordinates meetings, and assists with projects and events in a busy, collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience in health service research offices, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to handle confidential material while educating stakeholders on ethics and governance processes.

Competenze

• Experience working in health service research office.
• Experience with ERM database for review and approval of projects.
• Knowledge of the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills.
• A sound appreciation of privacy and confidentiality requirements.
• Ability to educate stakeholders in relation to ethics and governance review systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience taking minutes and preparing agendas.
