Job summary

Ramsay Health Care is seeking a Research Ethics & Governance Coordinator in Sydney. You will facilitate ethics and governance operations, manage milestones, amendments and reports, and support committee meetings within a complex healthcare environment.

You will collaborate with the National Research Unit and Ramsay network to promote ethical practice, integrity, and continuous improvement across research governance functions.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in health, science, research management, public administration, or related discipline.
• Experience in clinical research, ethics or governance support preferred.
• Strong communication with health care stakeholders and staff.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a team and independently as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance on human research ethics and site-specific applications prior to review.
• Support HRECs and the Research Governance Office in day-to-day operations.
• Liaise with stakeholders regarding ethics and governance applications in a timely manner.
• Assist with online resources, policies, procedures, and terms of reference for governance processes.
• Collaborate with Ramsay Research and Development Network to ensure smooth governance operations.
