Job summary

Bayside Health is seeking an Office Coordinator for the Research Ethics and Governance Office in Frankston. The role supports the Office for Research, coordinating ethics reviews, recording minutes, and organising committees.

It requires experience in health service research, knowledge of the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research, and strong confidentiality handling. The successful candidate will work within a small team, interact with stakeholders, and assist in events like

Qualifications

• Experience working in a health service research office.
• Experience with ERM database for review and approval of projects.
• Knowledge of the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research.
• Understanding of privacy and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to research review & approval processes.
• Prepare materials and record minutes for committees.
• Coordinate events and manage documentation for the Office for Research.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders on ethics and governance review.
