Qualifications

• Experience managing research data storage platforms.
• Experience with cloud and on‑premises infrastructure.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with researchers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve research data storage platforms and related infrastructure.
• Understand current and future infrastructure needs with researchers.
• Support data lifecycle management including retention and archiving.
• Contribute to backup, recovery and disaster recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with vendors and ICT teams to deliver reliable services.
• Plan modernization of storage and computing technologies.
• Evaluate emerging infra/storage technologies to enhance capability.
