Suolow Holdings Pty Ltd, operating AVIS Budget branches in NSW, is seeking a Rental Service Agent (RSA) to be the first point of contact for customers and deliver stress‑free, end‑to‑end rental solutions. This hands‑on role offers variety, responsibility and strong customer interaction in a fast‑paced environment.

You will engage customers face‑to‑face and by phone, explain rental terms, manage payments, conduct vehicle checks and work with the team to achieve daily targets while upholding

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers face-to-face and over the phone to understand needs and offer tailored rental solutions.
• Explain rental agreements, insurance options, policies and procedures clearly.
• Use computer systems to process payments, balance cash and handle admin tasks.
• Perform vehicle quality checks, report damages and assist with detailing.
• Collaborate with team to hit daily targets and uphold safety standards.
• Maintain high operational standards in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. As a Rental Service Agent (RSA), you will support our Avis/Budget branch, acting as the first point of contact for customers and delivering stress‑free, end‑to‑end rental solutions. This is a hands‑on role offering variety, responsibility, and strong customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers face‑to‑face and over the phone to understand their needs and deliver tailored rental solutions
• Explaining rental agreements, insurance options, policies, and procedures clearly and confidently
• Using multiple computer systems, handling payments, balancing cash, and completing administrative tasks
• Conducting vehicle quality assurance inspections, including operational checks, reporting damages, and vehicle detailing (cleaning interior and exterior)
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily targets and business objectives
• Maintaining high operational standards in line with company, regulatory, and safety requirements

You’ll also have:

• Strong problem‑solving skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confidence working across multiple IT systems simultaneously
• Availability to work across operational hours, Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 8:30pm, Saturday & Sunday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
• Flexibility to travel occasionally to assist nearby branches
