Job summary

Ezy Rentals, part of the Ezy Group, seeks a Rental Sales Officer at our Emerald branch. This role focuses on quoting, reservations, rental agreements, vehicle preparation, and upselling, while coordinating with the workshop team and maintaining fleet availability.

The successful candidate will combine exceptional customer service with sales skills in a busy, hands-on environment. A full-time role with Monday–Friday hours is offered within a supportive team.

• Hands-on approach with tasks.

• Reversing and vehicle movement in tight spaces.
• Valid Manual Open Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Quoting and creating reservations.
• Completing rental agreements.
• Preparing vehicles for hire and checking them in on return.
• Upselling additional products and services.
• Monitoring fleet availability daily.
• Collaborating with the detailer and workshop manager.
• Invoicing and debtor collection.
• Handling general inquiries and administration.
• Providing support to key personnel.
• Assist Mechanical Service Advisor with workshop bookings and stock maintenance.
