Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group sucht am Standort Maroochydore eine/n Sales & Customer Service Officer; befristet/ca. Teilzeit und vor Ort tätig. Sie unterstützen Kunden beim Mietprozess, betreuen Verträge und arbeiten in einem wendigen, kundenorientierten Team.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen Beratung, Upselling, Beantwortung von Anfragen sowie die Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen. Die Stelle verlangt Flexibilität, Führerschein und Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeiten am Wochenende.

Qualifications

• Frühere Verkaufserfahrung im Einzelhandel oder Kundenservice bevorzugt.
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
• Kundenzentrierter Servicegedanke und Teamfähigkeit.

Responsibilities
