Job summary

A leading mobility company in Perth is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Officer to join the team at Perth Airport. The role requires strong customer interaction, with the opportunity to earn through an uncapped incentive scheme based on performance. Candidates should have experience in sales or customer service and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends. The job includes welcoming customers and managing rental agreements. A valid Australian driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail.
• Car rental experience is highly desirable.
• Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Current and ongoing Australian work rights.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in renting vehicles.
• Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, services, and products to assist with sales efforts
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
