Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Maroochl/Marcoola, Queensland is seeking a Rental Operations Agent to deliver friendly, efficient service. You will handle rental transactions, promote our brand, inspect vehicles for damages, and assist with wash bay duties while maintaining high standards.

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality or service.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face-to-face to promote rental products and services.
• Complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings accurately.
• Inspect vehicles for damages and ensure cleanliness of interiors and exteriors.
• Assist with vehicle wash duties and maintain vehicle presentation.
