Jungheinrich Australia is seeking a proactive Rental Coordinator to support our dynamic sales team at the Darra branch. You will coordinate rental operations, process documentation and provide outstanding customer service to local clients.

Ideal candidates have strong administration skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. ERP experience and knowledge of Baseplan are a plus.

• Manage rental documentation, including delivery notes, contracts, and transport documents.
• Ensure active use of Rental ERP modules and maintain accurate rental sector records.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and damage processing.
• Assist in sales initiatives by re-engaging old customers and supporting rental-related projects.

Reporting to the National Manager - Rental, Fleet & Assets, this crucial role will involve supporting the sales department and coordinating rental operations for our rental equipment business, processing documentation, and ensuring outstanding customer service while optimising local rental market potential.

You will have:

• Strong administration skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills, including confidence in phone and written communication.
• Organisational talent with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Mechanical understanding and business management acumen are advantageous.
• ERP system experience (Baseplan advantageous) is desirable.
• Previous experience in rental coordination roles (materials handling or similar industries advantageous) preferred, but not essential. Candidates with general rental and construction rental experience welcome to apply!
