Job summary

Fuse Energy is hiring an Infrastructure Development Lead to drive end-to-end renewable energy and data centre projects in Australia, from market entry to energisation. You will own projects across data centres, BESS, wind, rooftop, carport and ground-mounted solar, coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities include market evaluation, securing late-stage opportunities, and leading PPAs, contracts, and approvals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data centre or large infrastructure development from concept to Ready-to-Build.
• Strong understanding of Australian planning and grid connection processes.
• Proven ability to structure PPAs and manage commercial negotiations.
• Client- and stakeholder-facing with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end renewable energy and data centre development across Australia.
• Evaluate markets, land, grid, planning, and incentives to prioritise opportunities.
• Source and secure late-stage projects and steer commercial negotiations to close.
• Oversee planning, approvals, environmental assessments and community engagement.
