LVI Associates is seeking driven Sales Consultants in Melbourne to develop new business and help commercial clients cut energy costs with innovative energy solutions. You will engage decision-makers, identify energy needs and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract award.

Ideal candidates are ambitious, resilient and motivated by earnings potential, with full-time office presence and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Hunter mentality with a track record of generating new business.
• Ability to work from the office full-time.
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong communication and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through proactive business development activities.
• Build relationships with commercial and industrial customers.
• Conduct site meetings and client presentations.
• Identify customer energy requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle. Prepare proposals and commercial submissions.
• Work closely with internal engineering and delivery teams.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Represent the business professionally in the market.
