Job summary

CleanPeak Energy is a specialist renewables company delivering solar, battery and energy infrastructure across Australia. We are expanding our Project Delivery team and seeking a proactive Project Administrator to coordinate DA documentation, project administration and stakeholder engagement.

Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will work with Project Managers, engineers, councils and suppliers to keep projects well coordinated, ensure accurate documentation, and support procurement and

Qualifications

• Experience in project administration, preferably in construction, infrastructure, renewables.
• Exposure to Development Applications (DA), council approvals or construction documentation (highly regarded).
• Strong organisational and document management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit DA and Construction Certificate documentation.
• Coordinate project documentation across multiple renewable energy projects.
• Act as contact for councils, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support project managers with procurement, contracts and reporting.
• Coordinate supplier quotes, purchase orders and contractor docs.
• Manage cost tracking, cash flow forecasts and admin records.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries with logistics providers.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes and management updates.
• Maintain records, registers and SharePoint docs.
• Assist with timesheet administration and budget tracking.
• Ensure compliance with policies and governance.
• Support continuous improvement within Project Delivery.
