Job summary

Pacific Energy is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join the Projects team. Based in Kewdale, WA, this client-facing role will lead a portfolio of projects, driving performance, commercial outcomes and project excellence across the business.

Flexible work arrangements include a nine-day fortnight and up to two work-from-home days per week. You will lead a high-performing team, manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered safely and

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading project portfolios and teams across complex projects.
• Engineering or Trade qualification with PMP/CPPM or equivalent highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of PMBOK and project management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead project portfolio and high-performing teams across scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety.
• Manage project performance, budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate resources, schedules and delivery activities for project execution.
• Oversee planning, risk management and project reporting processes.
• Manage contractual obligations and commercial requirements to minimise risk.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Champion HSEQ compliance per ISO requirements.
• Facilitate project reviews and WIP meetings.
• Present project and portfolio reports to senior leadership with accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement and accountability across the team.
