RWM Group in Cooma is seeking a Senior Rendering Supervisor to oversee daily rendering and by-product operations, leading a small team and ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires rendering experience in a red meat processing environment, with prior Leading Hand/Supervisor experience and a hands-on approach to maintain high safety standards. Immediate start and relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Rendering experience in a red meat processing environment.
• Previous experience as a Leading Hand, Supervisor or Manager.
• Good knowledge of rendering and by-product processes.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Hands-on approach with a strong focus on safety.
• Basic maintenance knowledge is highly desirable.
• Boiler licence is highly desirable.

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Rendering Supervisor to join our client's team in Cooma.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Rendering Operator, Leading Hand or Supervisor to step into a senior role and lead a team of approximately 4 employees.

About the Role

• Lead, train and supervise the team
• Monitor production, yields, waste and product recovery

• $85,000 + for the right candidate
