A well-established food manufacturing business located near Singleton is seeking an experienced Render Supervisor to lead operations within a busy rendering department. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll oversee daily production, drive safety and quality standards, and support a team to deliver efficient plant performance. The business is currently developing future roster structures, offering flexibility around hours and operational requirements.

The Role Reporting into site leadership, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the rendering department, ensuring production, quality and safety targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating daily rendering operations
• Leading, training and developing production staff
• Monitoring plant performance, product quality and production efficiency

• Forklift Licence (LF)
