Job summary

Sunshine Coast Rendering, part of ACBL Enterprise Pty Ltd, seeks an Experienced Renderer / Solid Plasterer for residential projects on the Sunshine Coast. Secure, year-round work with a team that values quality workmanship and reliability.

The role offers full-time, casual, or ABN arrangements with a total package of $90,253 – $101,504, plus superannuation and allowances, and weekly pay. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years rendering or solid plastering experience (residential experience highly regarded)
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Works well in a crew and can work independently when needed
• Communicates well and presents professionally
• Takes workplace safety seriously (White Card)

Responsibilities

• Preparing homes and surfaces for rendering
• Mixing and applying render, and applying a range of rendering systems and finishes
• Setting up and keeping organised, safe, tidy work areas
• Working independently and as part of a small, skilled crew
• Communicating with clients, builders and other trades on site
• Supporting and mentoring apprentices and less experienced crew members

We're looking for an experienced Renderer / Solid Plasterer who takes pride in their work and wants secure, ongoing work with a good team.

Pay Rates

Full-time package

Superannuation (12%): $7,313 – $8,518

Motor vehicle allowance: $22,000

Total package: $90,253 – $101,504

Casual or ABN

$49.11 – $55.27 per hour + 12% superannuation

Rates depend on your experience.

About the Role

You'll work across a range of residential projects, delivering a quality finish and a great experience for our clients. Your day-to-day work will include:

• Preparing homes and surfaces for rendering
• Mixing and applying render, and applying a range of rendering systems and finishes
• Setting up and keeping organised, safe, tidy work areas
• Working independently and as part of a small, skilled crew
• Communicating with clients, builders and other trades on site
• Supporting and mentoring apprentices and less experienced crew members
