Our client is a dynamic and growing plastering and decorative finishes specialist, working predominantly across Sydney's Northern Beaches, North Shore and Eastern Suburbs on high-end residential projects. This is an employed position with the business, not a subcontracting or labour-hire role.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver senior-level plasterboard fixing and setting, suspended ceilings, steel framing, bulkheads, square set and detailed high-end residential finishes, while contributing to a collaborative and professional team environment.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Plasterboard fixing and setting across high-end residential projects
• Managing your own projects and liaising directly with clients
• Square set finishes and detailed high-end residential work
• Wet-area linings and fire-rated work where required
• Suspended ceilings, steel framing and bulkheads
• Installing cornices, mouldings and feature walls

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Extensive hands-on experience across plasterboard fixing and setting, suspended ceilings, steel framing, bulkheads and square set
• The ability to work independently while remaining reliable, professional and comfortable within an established team
• A strong background in high-end residential work and pride in finish quality
• A trade qualification in plastering and a current White Card
• A current driver's licence and reliable transport
