Blackbook Executive in Singleton, NSW, seeks an experienced Render Supervisor to lead the rendering department and oversee daily production, safety and quality standards. A hands-on leadership role, you will support a team to achieve efficient plant performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in rendering or related food production environments.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Hands-on approach with ability to lead from the front.

• Ability to work autonomously while building strong team culture.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating daily rendering operations
• Leading, training and developing production staff
• Monitoring plant performance, product quality and production efficiency
• Managing plant start-up and shutdown activities
• Coordinating product dispatch and load scheduling
• Conducting equipment inspections and supporting preventive maintenance
• Maintaining high housekeeping and hygiene standards
• Driving compliance with all WHS procedures and safety protocols
