Humanistiqs is seeking a Remuneration Specialist for an initial 3-month contract in Brisbane. You will work closely with People & Culture, Finance and Payroll to support remuneration frameworks and salary reviews.
The role requires hands-on analysis of remuneration data, development of insights, and practical recommendations to senior leaders. Immediate start preferred, with potential extension based on performance and business needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in remuneration, reward or related function.
- Experience with salary reviews and benchmarking.
- Ability to develop and compare salary structures.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with senior stakeholders.
Responsabilités
- Support salary structure reviews and remuneration frameworks.
- Coordinate annual salary review activities and modelling.
- Conduct market benchmarking and remuneration data analysis.
- Develop remuneration reports and insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with People & Culture, Finance and Payroll on changes.
